Virtual Office

Are you a business vagabond? Need someone to to sign for your packages and keep your mail company until you’re available? We’re here for you! You’ll also get a free day pass so that we can catch up on your adventures.

Conference Room Rental

We have a variety of conference rooms available to rent at $25/hr large $15/small. Our largest can accommodate 100 people classroom style, or a smaller number of people with tables. More intimate rooms also available.

Why Work at The Plantory?
We host a large space where everyone can come together, but we have a lot of valuable additions that go well beyond rent and utilities.

We currently offer simplified billing (one payment per month) that includes internet, utilities, phone service, coffee service, grant support, receptionist service, development trainings, legal services and organizational consulting.

Some perks of a full-time membership:
  • We are pet friendly! Bring your well-behaved dog. We are adjacent Coolavin Park, which provides plenty of walking space (you can pick up waste bags from our pet station). Our sponsor Pet Wants provides free monthly treats for our furry friends. They will also deliver pet food right to your desk!
  • We are bike friendly! Borrow one of our bikes (complete with helmet and lock) for a lunch date, or quick trip downtown.
  • No need to go offsite to find a copy center. Our low-cost color copier will provide for all your needs.
  • On-site wellness programming. Classes are only $5/session and we have a commuter shower on-site, should you need to freshen up afterwards.
  • On-site help desk. Although the help desk is always low-cost, Member access to the help desk is free. Call 859-255-6999 to set up your appointment!
  • On-site, low cost professional programming. Our Grow 101 Series and professional development workshops are easily accessed by member organizations.
  • Interns! We host about 10 internships per year that support us and our members, and we can host interns for your organization. We supervise them and coordinate with the schools to provide the training and a academic requirements so you can get your work done.
